  Love coming here and eat. Doesn't matter how full thus place is I get great customer service. They take care of us quickly and food is always great. Love the 2 for 1 in drinks.

  Let me just start by saying my review only applies to THIS location. WORST CHILI'S EVER! I love Chili's and have visited chains across the country but I've never experienced this kind of consistent disgust. The food is awful, no matter what you order. Fajitas, Cajun Chicken pasta, chips & salsa, it ALL sucks! Who could mess up chips & salsa? THEY DO! The chips are always so fried and greasy to the point they're chewy and taste like oil. The entrees are always sub-par, served lukewarm. The last time I will ever visit I ordered To-Go. That was the 3rd time no one was to be found at the to-go counter so you're forced to walk through the whole restaurant trying to get to the bar. When you do that the bartender's just think you want a drink and look at you. So when you tell them you have a To-Go order they say "okay let me make these drinks first" and proceed to serve all the guests at the bar, including the guests seated in the lounge, when you can see your order just sitting there getting cold. When they finally get around to giving you your food, they leave to start making drinks again and don't come back to cash you out for 10 mins, leaving you to sit there with a thumb up your ass, wishing you could just leave to get home and eat your food. When you ask them politely, they shut you up like their time is more important. Not saying a server's job isn't stressful, but common sense to me would be to utilize your time by cashing me out all at the same. You get me out of your hair and I get to go home and eat, it's a win win.
